A) LESSION PLAN
Time is precious and the responsibility of a teacher is huge & big. To maximize the utilization of the time as well as the knowledge. Teachers at Shivedale create their own lesson plans. Their planning not only help them in explaining but also develops interest among students.
B) OBSERBVATION FILE
The goal of successful learning is to identify the strength and weekness of each student and to build on them. Therefore the teacher keep detail record of each child, consisting Academic & personality progress.
C) PARENTS – TEACHER'S MEETINGS
To ensure proper interaction between teachers and parents, there are parents – teachers meetings on every Ist and 3rd Saturday. Parents can be called by the teacher even on the working days so that they could be made aware of their ward's progress and problems.
